1. Service

CutlistTools SketchUp is an extension and connected web service for preparing cut lists, material and fittings reports, optimization layouts, and CSV/PDF exports from SketchUp models. These terms do not automatically cover separate CutlistTools products.

2. Registration and account

Provide accurate details and an email address you are authorised to use. An administrator enables extension access; registration alone does not grant immediate access. Keep your password confidential.

The extension also checks access using your email and the linked computer username. Ask the administrator to reset the link when changing computers. Unauthorised use of someone else’s account is prohibited.

3. Access, expiry and fees

The administrator controls access, expiry and model-library permission. Your account shows your access status. Expired or blocked access cannot use server processing; maintenance may also pause the service.

This version does not use credits. Registration does not initiate automatic subscriptions or charges. Any paid access requires clear information and a separate agreement before payment covering price, duration, performance, termination and applicable consumer rights.

4. Model and output checks

Measurements depend on model structure, group and component axes, materials, edge banding and manufacturing parameters. Check the results before manufacturing or ordering.

Optimization is a calculation aid. Actual saw kerf, machine settings, grain direction, waste and manufacturing constraints require separate checks. Keep backups of your models and important exports. Server responses do not replace your project backups.

5. Permitted use and intellectual property

The software and proprietary service code are protected by copyright. Access permits authorised use and does not transfer software ownership. Merely processing your own models and project data does not transfer your rights in them to the operator.

Do not bypass access controls, access other accounts, submit malicious content or impose unreasonable server load. Model-library assets and external software may have separate licence conditions.

6. Updates and support

Download the installer from your account and install it using SketchUp Extension Manager. Restarting SketchUp may be necessary after an update. Support enquiries should include the version, an issue description and, if needed, a sample without personal information. Do not send passwords.

7. Liability, termination and complaints

The operator’s and user’s responsibilities are governed by applicable law and any separate agreement. This draft does not exclude mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Use the contact email to request account closure, access renewal or make a complaint. For paid services, financial consequences of termination are determined by the agreement disclosed before payment and applicable law.

8. Changes

Material service changes require corresponding document updates and appropriate notice to users. This text is a development draft; Hungarian operator details and final service terms still need completion.
